Cancellation Policy

For cancellations we require a minimum of twenty one (14) days’ notice or a refund cannot be issued. Name changes are possible after this time.

By completing this registration form you are agreeing to any photos taken at this event being used for CCF marketing material.

The list of dietary requirements we can cater for include and are limited to the following: 
Dairy (Lactose) | Egg | Gluten | Tree Nuts | Peanuts | Shellfish | Fish | Lupin | Soya | Sesame | Vegan | Vegetarian | Halal. 
If you have another ingredient that is life threatening, or kosher requirements, additional costs may apply. Please call us to discuss further on 02 9009 4000.
