Workforce Development is a key role for the Civil Contractors Federation NSW which is done through a number of initiatives and programs outlined below.


WOMEN IN CIVIL 

CCF NSW launched the Women in Civil Program in 2017, in order to encourage more women to join and remain in the Civil Infrastructure Industry. The purpose of ITAB is to provide Resources and Infrastructure NSW with advice that identifies training priorities, formulates policy, implements reforms, design industry related strategies and to partner on skill initiatives across a number of different sectors including Civil Infrastructure, Metalliferous Mining, Coal Mining, Quarrying (extractive industries) and Drilling in NSW.
